About
Founded in 2007 by lead designer Chen Yu in Guangzhou, Yinji Design Studio has built a 18-year track record across 142 projects spanning private residences, hospitality and flagship retail. The studio is known for its disciplined minimalism — restrained materials, museum-grade lighting, and a refusal of decorative excess. Major clients include Mandarin Oriental, Rosewood Residences, and a roster of listed-company CEOs in Greater China.
Discipline over decoration. We specify the fewest pieces possible, but the most tactile. Every joint, every grain, every shadow is intentional.
