A 180 m² downtown flat overlooking the Pearl River — minimalist palette, oak floors and B&B Italia-inspired lounge seating.
A four-bedroom flat in Haizhu Bay, designed around the Pearl River view. We specified oak floors in a tight 180 mm plank, hand-painted lime-wash walls, and a B&B Italia-inspired 3-seater sofa as the lounge anchor. A Cattelan Italia mirror and Porada sideboard finish the dining area. All pieces were QC-checked in our Foshan warehouse before consolidating into a 40HQ for our client's in-house logistics team.
